The majority of work on show here captures Lincolnshire Landscapes and beyond into neighbouring counties. Further adventures across the UK will appear on the blog and all images available to purchase in the shop.

The Wolds Poppies

Poppies are a common sight in Lincolnshire farmland during the summer months. The contrast between red and green works especially well when combined with a low sun on it’s way down through the clouds before sunset.

Wold tops at Sunset

Although Lincolnshire is predominantly flat, there is a ridge at the edge of the Trent basin known as the Wolds.

This photo was taken on the summer solstice in 2018 around 5 seconds after sunset near the village of Worlaby.

Photography has been his lifelong passion. His Grandfather was a keen film SLR user and Robin was given an old film SLR at a young age as a gift. With the advent of digital photography, his first digital camera was a 21st birthday gift. He soon progressed onto using a Nikon DSLR and is now a stalwart user of Nikon equipment. Robin has studied many photographic disciplines including landscapes, commercial photography, portraits and lighting techniques to digital editing and video production.
