Brigg Rooftops | Lincolnshire Landscape Photography

Brigg has some wonderful old buildings full of character including the Buttercross, St Johns Church and the now vacant Natwest Bank building with it’s ornate cupola.

This shot was taken on a particularly misty February morning which has added a wonderful depth to the image.

Snow Moon over the River Ancholme | Lincolnshire Landscape Photography

This February we were lucky enough to have a relatively clear night on the evening of the Snow Moon.

I took this image at around 8pm in full darkness just after the moon had risen.

This image would look fantastic in a black frame with a white mount in a hallway or at the top of a staircase.

The Dutch Barn | Lincolnshire Landscape Photography

Just outside Hibaldstow there are some wonderful Lincolnshire vistas. The village is surrounded by arable farmland with rich alluvial soil created by the River Ancholme as it wound it’s way over centuries towards the River Humber.

This dutch style barn sits isolated amongst a few pines in a sea of farmland, just east of the Hibaldstow.

Photography has been his lifelong passion. His Grandfather was a keen film SLR user and Robin was given an old film SLR at a young age as a gift. With the advent of digital photography, his first digital camera was a 21st birthday gift. He soon progressed onto using a Nikon DSLR and is now a stalwart user of Nikon equipment. Robin has studied many photographic disciplines including landscapes, commercial photography, portraits and lighting techniques to digital editing and video production.
